Jordan has a keen interest in helping others understand themselves, regain agency in their lives, and accomplish their goals. Jordan’s curiosity about why people behave the way they do was apparent at a young age and led him to recognize the value of self-acceptance and understanding oneself.
Those who know Jordan have described him as compassionate, empathetic, and understanding. Jordan knows how isolating and difficult life can be and sincerely believes that anyone’s life can change for the better. He aims to help the people he works with draw upon their strengths and develop their skills to create meaningful change they desire. Jordan has a way of making sense of complex problems, cultivating a comfortable and accepting environment, and instilling hope. He firmly believes that struggles with mental health is a natural part of life and psychotherapy can be an effective method to expand one’s sense of agency in navigating the stormy waters in their life.
Jordan is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). He earned his Master’s in Counselling with a specialization in Counselling Psychology from Athabasca University.
